OH WHAT?! That would be so wonderful. Oh man. If I ever owned anything that was Audrey’s, I would stare at it all day thinking: “She touched this. This was hers!” Then I would just leave it in a safe place. But no, sadly I have never owned anything that belonged to Audrey.

Leighton Meester plays Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl. Blair is IN LOVE with Audrey. She references her movies a lot, and she even has a framed picture of Audrey in her room.  She sometimes dreams about being Audrey where she reenacts the scenes in her head and such. That’s where that’s from. :)

Hi there, I absolutely looooove your blog! This is a rather silly question but I've been just thinking about Audrey's eyebrows... Do you happen to know if she used any makeup on her eyebrows? If she used, was it a makeup pencil or just some color powder?

Hi there, thank you. :) I can say that I’ve never received a question about Audrey’s eyebrows until now. Hehe. I have no idea. My best bet would be that she did use makeup, especially for photo shoots and such. She probably did not use it all the time though because she naturally has thick and full eyebrows. I would say that she used whatever was popular at the time so I can picture her using both pencil and powder.

On Audrey being a smoker: Let's remember she lived in a time before smoking was proven to kill. It wasn't until the 1960's that it was discovered how bad smoking was for you. I am almost 100% sure that if Audrey knew how terrible it was, she probably wouldn't have ever done it.

is it bad that I'm sort of boycotting My Fair Lady because the entire time they let on Audrey Hepburn would be singing and then they changed it without telling her? that just seems kind of cruel to me
